Ants Climbing a Tree 蚂蚁上树
Ingredients:
1/4 lb minced beef or pork
2 bundles vermicelli noodles
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp doubanjiang
1 tsp shaoxing rice wine
½ tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 stalk chopped green onion
2 chopped fresh chili
Instructions:
Prepare ingredients - soak vermicelli in warm water, mince ginger and garlic, chop green onion and chili
Cook - in a pan, add oil, then fry ginger and garlic until fragrant, add doubanjiang, add minced meat and cook
Add other liquids - add shaoxing rice wine, light soy sauce, then add chicken stock and sugar
Add noodles - add in vermicelli noodles, when liquid is mostly absorbed, and chopped fresh chili
Serve it up - garnish with some chopped green onions, optionally eat with rice
