Buta Kimchi 豚キムチ
Ingredients:
1/2 lb thinly sliced pork belly
1 cup kimchi
2 stalks green onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Prepare ingredients - cut pork belly into ~2 inch pieces, cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces and cut green onion into ~2 inch pieces
Stir-fry - heat sesame oil in pan, cook pork belly until no longer pink, add kimchi and green onions and cook until no longer raw
Add seasoning - add in soy sauce and sake, and mix for another minute
Serve it up - plate it and eat with a warm bowl of rice
