Buta Kimchi 豚キムチ


  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced pork belly

  • 1 cup kimchi

  • 2 stalks green onion

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sake

  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil


  1. Prepare ingredients - cut pork belly into ~2 inch pieces, cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces and cut green onion into ~2 inch pieces

  2. Stir-fry - heat sesame oil in pan, cook pork belly until no longer pink, add kimchi and green onions and cook until no longer raw

  3. Add seasoning - add in soy sauce and sake, and mix for another minute

  4. Serve it up - plate it and eat with a warm bowl of rice

  5. Enjoy!
