Grilled Shishamo (Smelt Fish) ししゃものグリル焼き
Ingredients:
shishamo (smelt fish)
lemon
japanese mayo
shichimi (japanese spice blend)
Instructions:
Grill fish - on an oiled grill or pan, grill or fry the smelt fish on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side
Serve it up - plate with lemon and mayo with shichimi
