Grilled Shishamo (Smelt Fish) ししゃものグリル焼き

Ingredients:

  • shishamo (smelt fish)

  • lemon

  • japanese mayo

  • shichimi (japanese spice blend)

Instructions:

  1. Grill fish - on an oiled grill or pan, grill or fry the smelt fish on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side

  2. Serve it up - plate with lemon and mayo with shichimi

  3. Enjoy!
