Kimchi Tuna Onigiri ムチツナおにぎり
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup kimchi
1/2 can tuna
1 stalk green onion (optional)
2 sheets nori (roasted seaweed)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp gochujang
Instructions:
Prepare ingredients - cut kimchi Into small pieces (keep excess juice)
Prepare rice - combine cooked rice, kimchi, tuna, soy sauce and gochujang, mix well
Shape and wrap - shape the rice mixture into a triangle, you can use a saran wrap or you can use wet hands so the rice doesn't stick, then use a sheet of nori to wrap
Serve it up - plate it up
