Kimchi Tuna Onigiri ムチツナおにぎり

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup kimchi

  • 1/2 can tuna

  • 1 stalk green onion (optional)

  • 2 sheets nori (roasted seaweed)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp gochujang

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients - cut kimchi Into small pieces (keep excess juice)

  2. Prepare rice - combine cooked rice, kimchi, tuna, soy sauce and gochujang, mix well

  3. Shape and wrap - shape the rice mixture into a triangle, you can use a saran wrap or you can use wet hands so the rice doesn't stick, then use a sheet of nori to wrap

  4. Serve it up - plate it up
