Salmon Fried Rice


  • 1 pound salmon

  • 3 cups cooked rice

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • salt & pepper

  • green onion (for garnish)

  • roasted seaweed (for garnish)

  • sesame seeds (for garnish)


  1. Prepare ingredients - dice garlic and chop green onion

  2. Cook - in a hot wok, add sesame oil then add garlic, saute to release aroma, add salmon and use a wooden spatula to break up into pieces (I like the sprinkle to salt and pepper to season)

  3. Add rice - add rice to the wok and mix in with the salmon

  4. Add egg - create a well in the center, add some additional oil then crack in eggs and scramble

  5. Season - add soy sauce along the edges of the wok, season with additional pepper

  6. Serve it up - plate it up then garnish with chopped green onions, roasted seaweed and sesame seeds

  7. Enjoy!
