Steamed Whole Fish with Ginger & Scallions 清蒸鱼

Ingredients:

  • fresh fish

  • 4 slices ginger

  • 3 stalks green onions

  • Lee Kum Kee's Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood

  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare ingredients - cut ginger and green onions into thin shreds

  2. Steam the fish - pour 1/2 cup of water into the braiser, once water is boiled, turn to low heat, place some ginger and green onion in pot then fish on top, cover & steam for 5 minutes, then put rest of ginger on fish, cover again and steam for 5 more minutes, then add remaining green onion

  3. Serve it up - pour seasoned soy sauce and drizzle hot oil on top of the fish

  4. Enjoy!
