Wafu Steak (Japanese-Style Steak) 和風ステーキ

Ingredients:

• steak

• a handful of bean sprouts

• grated radish

• 1 stalk green onion

• garlic chips (for garnish, optional)

• ponzu

Instructions:

1. Season & cook steak - (feel free to use your favorite steak cooking method) after seasoning your steak and patting it dry, in a cast iron, heat up oil and sear your steak until your desired doneness

2. Cook bean sprouts - optionally add butter, pan fry the bean sprouts, salt & pepper

3. Serve it up - top with grated radish, green onion, garlic chips and ponzu

4. Enjoy!
