Japanese Cuisine with Mediterranean Influences


HAKU, curated by culinary star Hikeaki Matsuo (who runs three Michelin-starred Kashiwaya in Osaka), serves modern Japanese cuisine with Mediterranean influences. The space includes a handful of tables, a private room, and about 12 seats at the chef’s table. For lunch, they offer a 4-course or 6-course signature set menu and for dinner, they offer a 6-course or 11-course signature set menu.
